Corn is one of the basic ingredients of Mexican food, the mother, the complement, and the protagonist at the same time.
This logo has the simplicity of the Aztec writings, the complexity of Mexican food, and today's modern aesthetics. It shows a sacralized corn, a basic ingredient of our dishes, encapsulated and protected by four points: life, death, man, and woman.
Its linear strokes create a strong consistency with Sans Serif's typography, reflecting a subtle elegance. The color gold was chosen to reflect the excellence, the sophistication of the Mexican heritage.

Watza also developed the name Mitote Food Park. For us, Mitote is culture.
